Why ‘inspiration’ is so important….

Inspiring children is part of our core purpose as educators. Therefore, the time we dedicate to making sure learning is engaging is time well spent.

If children leave school excited about seeking knowledge, curious about the world around them and always prepared to question why things are, then we have been effective in our roles.

Inspiration should make our pupils want to do better, motivate them to push themselves that bit harder and ignite their passion to understand even more.

If we inspire our pupils, we will create independent learners who go on to create, experiment, research, hypothesise, invent, analyse, while continuing to propel us into the future.

This is what they are……our future.

Therefore we must inspire them to always seek to do better and always look to improve…..
